Padel Coaching
Padel Premier Academy offers coaching, tournaments, social matchplay sessions and online booking and payment for courts.
The action-packed programs are available to juniors and adults catering for all ages and abilities.
Junior Padel Coaching
Initially, students will be assessed and placed into various groups with other students of a similar age and ability so that they are comfortable within their peer group. Students will be divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced groups – giving them the best opportunity of developing at their own pace.

Program includes
Ball throwing, catching and co-ordination exercises to improve hand-eye co-ordination and footwork. Introduction and application of various Padel strokes and grips to be used – statically and then dynamically when hitting the ball. Fun Padel related games incorporating the various techniques learnt in the lesson.
Intermediate Padel Coaching

Program includes
Introduction to rallying and using of side and back walls to keep the ball in play, more advanced ball feeding drills than for beginners for all strokes, emphasis on footwork, grips and racket head control, depth and directional hitting as well as scoring. Fun Padel related games incorporating the various techniques learnt in the lesson.
Ladies Morning Padel
A social morning of ladies doubles Padel for intermediate to advanced levels. As long as you can rally consistently and have a good understanding of how to play Padel, then you more than welcome to join us on these mornings. No bookings needed but spaces are limited to 12 players per 90 min session!

Advanced ball feeding drills for ground-strokes with special emphasis on volleying and smashing, understanding the concept of various spins to be placed on the ball, introduction to match-play situations focusing on tournaments, concentration, confidence and anticipation.
Adult Padel Coaching
Super Sports Padel Academy has a full adult padel program including private and semi-private Padel coaching, some very social sessions for the not so competitive player, and many tournaments throughout the year.

- As flexible as possible for all those who travel.
Coaching General Information
- Padel coaching will continue throughout the year, including Public and Eid holidays, unless notification is received from your Padel coach that there will be no lessons on those days.
- Padel coaching will take place in off-peak hours only (10am-3pm).
- One-month notice is to be given if Padel coaching sessions are to be discontinued.
- Super Sports Management will not be responsible for any refunds due to students by respective Padel coaches upon discontinuation of lessons. Please ensure you receive a full refund from your respective Padel coach.
- Please complete and sign the registration form and hand it back to your Padel coach as soon as possible.
